Access to this 1,020 sf storage is gained either by crossing the sundeck from unit 218, or in the roof hatches in unit 230 (the restaurant).

Historically, this space has not been utilized for anything beyond storage because:

1. the eastern half of the space is low ceiling attic space

2. the western half of the space has had its windows “captured” and turned into light wells for the restaurant below (a former owner of the restaurant and building did that work).

This owners long term plan was to open this space up into a loft by providing access from an internal stair case in the restaurant (230) space.
